MGL-ISLE Papillons of VW is the result of a breeding partnership between Betty M Winthers and Carlisle Peel. We co-own most of our dogs. They live in our homes, some with Betty and some with Carlisle.
We do selective breeding – Quality but not quantity. We strive to breed for correct Type, Temperament, Structural Soundness and Movement, as well as for health, longevity, intelligence and beauty.
These are the characteristics of the Papillon, a very special toy breed.
